Background information:
There is a growing demand for care needs assessments to be conducted within the community. In consideration of the economic cost associated with the provision of care support, it is therefore important that these assessments are conducted with accuracy, and reported with clarity, to ensure that all key stakeholders are provided with the appropriate information and clients receive the appropriate level of care.
